Quality Systems Co-ordinator

Norco Co-operative Limited is a well established and dynamic organisation which has grown from a regional dairy co-operative to a national force in manufacturing with interests in Milk, Ice Cream, Cheese and other dairy, as well as Rural Stores and Stockfeeds.

Having already undergone significant growth in the past decade, not only does this organization continue to expand, but also has aggressive plans to increase their offering and market share both nationally and internationally. Recently, an opportunity for an experienced Quality Systems Co-ordinator has been made available based at our Labrador production facility. We are looking for someone who will play a key role in establishing and maintaining our Food Safety and Quality Systems across the two sites at Raleigh & Labrador.

To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate the following selection criteria in an application:
• Ability to implement and maintain strategic Food Safety and Quality Systems.
• Have a strong knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems with a minimum 5 years experience in an FMCG environment.
• Previous Lead Auditor and Internal Auditing experience.
• Ability to communicate quality issues effectively to all levels of the business.
• Working knowledge of current Food safety legislation in Domestic and Export markets
• Lead the implementation of quality initiatives throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to HACCP, GMP, SQF and Retailer standards
• A degree/diploma in Food Science or related discipline.
